Paul is a deeply seasoned veteran of multi-channel digital media and consumer engagement, and is a frequent speaker and writer for several publications covering topics such as digital signage, digital and social media, the customer experience, and shopper marketing.

Paul has served in executive roles with some of the industry’s leading companies, has consulted Fortune 100 clients on consumer engagement best practices and strategies, and has served on several industry association boards, including the Digital Signage Federation, Digital Screenmedia Association, and the Retail Customer Experience Advisory Board.

From 2005 to 2009, Paul managed Best Buy’s billion-dollar in-store digital media network. Before Best Buy, Paul spent seven years in professional sports developing customer experiences for Major League Baseball, the National Football League, minor league sports, and collegiate sports programs.
