It’s hard to believe we’re about to turn the page on another month in 2012 – only 10 more to make a difference this year. One of my goals this year has been to build better connections throughout the industry. From solution providers to technology deployers, the DSA’s focus has been to expand the opportunities for connections to happen through educational opportunities, to meet-ups, to individual connections through our member network.

So far in 2012 the DSA has held webinars focused on our new mobile initiatives, we’ve held meet-ups in New York as part of member’s participation at the National Retail Federation Conference in January, and we’re headed into March with a plan for big meet-up and industry gathering at Customer Engagement Technology World, March 28-29 in San Francisco.

On the evening of March 28 the DSA will be hosting an event at The City Club of San Francisco, located on the top two floors of the historic Pacific Stock Exchange building in the heart of downtown San Francisco. In addition to mixing and mingling, the DSA will unveil the winners of the DSA Awards. It promised to be a special night and a productive week connecting. So make your reservations, and we’ll see you at the end of the month.

Make a connection. Start a conversation. There’s still time in 2012.
