If you live in the Chicago area, mark your calendar for the evening of August 7, when DSA will hold an evening event with education, networking and sightseeing on the agenda. The event will be held on the 99th floor of Willis Tower (formerly known as the Sears Tower), the tallest building in the western hemisphere. Even if you don't live near Chicago, you may want to make your way to the Windy City for this exciting event.
The event will be held from 6-10 pm, which will provide plenty of time for networking and a chance to take in the amazing views of the city. While speakers are being finalized, executives from well-known companies in the area will speak in a panel format to the topic of converging channels to create improved customer experiences.
Jared Miller, managing director, self-service & emerging technology for United Airlines and current DSA president will moderate. Jared came up with the idea for the event since United is headquarted in Willis Tower.

After the brief program, attendees will get the opportunity to go up to the Skydeck on the 103rd floor. If you're brave enough, you'll get to stand in a glass box called the Ledge, which allows you to look out at the city and down at the street below.
We are currently accepting sponsorships for the event so we can defray costs for the attendees. If you are interested in learning more about sponsoring the event, please contact me for details.
As you will see in the video below, the Skydeck features some nice digital signage and interactive kiosks, so all in all, a perfect location for a DSA event. I hope to see you there!
"I'm very happy to be a part of the Digital Screenmedia Association. As a kiosk deployer, we enjoy working together with other deployer members to share experiences and establish industry standards."
