Chuck has 24 years of experience with Amtrak in sales and ticketing operations and has served as the Quik-Trak kiosk manager since 2002. He is responsible for sales, support, hardware and software testing and enhancements. During 2004-2007, he executed a complete end-to-end replacement project of the kiosk solution. The solution was completely redesigned to take advantage of the newest technologies available, meet increasing customer demands and meet ADA compliance. He has managed all aspects of development, testing and deployment of 332 kiosks to 200 locations nationwide. Chuck has been nominated as kiosk deployer of the year for 2010.
