Kevin Prewett, Vice President, Vendor Management for Ingram Micro, is responsible for the development and implementation of vendor business strategies as well as strategic management of the company’s relationship with notebook and peripherals vendors. His team is charged with developing strategic plans and bringing together vendor initiatives designed to deliver product and solutions to customers.
In 2007, Prewett was appointed to head the Ingram Micro Digital Signage Division in addition to his other responsibilities. He leads the dedicated team which is focused on vendor relationships, marketing, technical solutions and support, and business development related to digital signage solutions and applications.
Prewett, who joined Ingram Micro in 1993, held various positions in purchasing and product management prior to being named business unit director responsible for the relationship with Compaq in 1999. In March 2003, he was named Sr. Director of peripherals. He was promoted to his current role in 2006.
