Monica has been with NCR Corporation for over 10 years and instrumental in the start-up of NCR's kiosk business. She has worked in a variety of roles including Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing with an emphasis on both hardware and software. She has in depth knowledge of the kiosk marketplace and understands the market dynamics that are impacting the future of self-service from both a customer and a consumer perspective. Monica holds a B.S. in Business and Psychology and an MBA in Marketing from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA.
