Ron has developed some of the largest and most effective programs and client relationships that FMA has undertaken in the retail marketplace, such as Kroger, John Deere, Nicklaus Golf, Harley Davidson, Amazon, Hormel, IBM, Phillip Morris, Ahold, and Starbucks. Ron has worked on every aspect of self-service kiosk development in the branded retail channel with clients, software developers, hardware providers and the retail channel masters, working to expand the opportunity and success of deployments that work. Ron is an ardent supporter of the self-service kiosk industry, and works on many associations including the KioskCom Board of Advisors.
