Scott Slucher comes to the ICX Association having spent his career working with various market segments revolving around the customer experience.
As a regular contributor at Networld Media Group, Scott has covered the kiosk, digital signage and retail markets as an editorial contributor for KioskMarketplace.com, DigitalSignageToday.com and RetailCustomerExperience.com. He later joined Networld Media Group full time as an account executive, where he worked with a wide array of clients in these markets, helping them make connections that matter.
Most recently, Scott held the position of VP Sales and Marketing at a Mystery Shopping and brand auditing firm, which deepened his exposure to the world of customer experience with firsthand testimony. Part of that experience required doing field work to research and document customer experiences for major brands.
Before that, Scott has held an operations management position for C2Media in NY, a graphic arts service provider, and then a stint with Louisville Public Media, the local NPR affiliate, working with the local business community to support three separate non-profit radio stations.
Eventually, Scott launched his own marketing agency, Slucherville Communications, focusing on content marketing and social media management, which continues to this day.
It’s this breadth of experience: operations, sales, management, non-profits, mystery shopping, journalism and finally, entrepreneurialism that have prepared Scott to serve the members of the ICX Association and help both users and vendors build great customer experiences.
