Jared is responsible for maximizing the customer experience by defining, developing, and deploying innovative, multi-channel self-service initiatives. He is responsible for Continental’s self check-in programs (kiosk, online, mobile, voice, and automated check-in) which account for more than 95% of all domestic check-ins. Jared also led the introduction of the mobile boarding pass within the United States and has worked across the industry to enable widespread adoption. Jared has an M.S. and B.S. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and is an MIT Leaders for Global Operations Fellow.

I am committed to improving the customer experience through the use of self-service technologies. I see this Advisory Board as an opportunity to further promote self-service while ensuring that best practices are shared across industries and with new deployers. My dedication to driving change can be seen through my active leadership in numerous organizations including the IATA Simplify the Business Steering Group and the Board of Advisors for the KioskCom Self Service Expo. I am confident that my combined experience and passion for self-service will allow me to contribute immediately to the Advisory Board for the Self-Service & Kiosk Association.
