Marshall Millikan

Biography:
Marshall has been involved with AT&T’s self-service and digital signage strategies for more than five years. He manages the PMO charged with investigating, developing and delivering primarily self-service solutions into AT&T’s 2,000+ retail locations. Prior to AT&T, he was at NCR and was involved in the start-up of their kiosk business from both a hardware and software perspective. He has worked in a variety of roles, including product management, project management, partner management and software development. Marshall holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Tulane University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

I have more than 10 years of self-service experience from both a vendor and deployer perspective. I have been closely involved in the design, development and integration of a number of very successful self-service solutions that are widely deployed. I have a strong background in retail, where many of these solutions are deployed. I realize that usability and serviceability are key attributes of a successful solution. I believe I would make an excellent addition to the SSKA Advisory Board.
