Biography: 

Ronald is senior vice president of business development for Frank Mayer & Associates, Inc. Ron has worked for the retail kiosk and visual merchandising company for 27 years. Ron has developed some of the largest and most effective programs and client relationships that FMA has undertaken in the retail marketplace, such as Kroger, John Deere, Nicklaus Golf, Harley Davidson, Amazon, Hormel, IBM, Phillip Morris, Ahold, and Starbucks. Ron has worked on every aspect of self-service kiosk development in the branded retail channel with clients, software developers, hardware providers and the retail channel masters, working to expand the opportunity and success of deployments that work. Ron is an ardent supporter of the self-service kiosk industry, and works on many associations including the KioskCom Board of Advisors.

I have devoted most of my adult business career to innovations, education, and supporting the growth and acceptance of self-service kiosk merchandising. I saw how this opportunity for self-service interactive would become a paradigm change for the retail industry. My interest has always been to share the vision and educate the retail industry to the importance that self-service can bring to the customer experience. I feel my experience and commitment to giving back to our Industry qualifies me as a representative on the Advisory Board. I am sincere in my commitment to support our organization and will work tirelessly to promote its initiatives and exceed its expectations!
