As CTO for the Atlanta Falcons, Jared is responsible for sourcing and integrating innovative, leading-edge technology solutions to ensure the development of a world-class stadium facility.  He also leads the deployment of technology solutions designed to meet the changing needs of Atlanta Falcons fans and guests of the many other events that will be hosted at the new Atlanta stadium which will open in 2017.

Prior to joining the Falcons, Jared served most recently as Vice President of Solution Management for Travel  at NCR Corporation.  In this role, Jared oversaw the launch of next generation self-service solutions designed to meet the needs of airlines, airports, hotels and other travel segments worldwide.

Before Jared’s time with NCR, he spent nearly 10 years working for Continental Airlines and United Airlines leading the development and adoption of multi-channel self-service technologies in the airline industry.  Focused on improving the customer experience, he was responsible for mobile strategy and product delivery, including mobile applications. He also championed the first introduction of mobile boarding passes in the United States while at Continental, and was responsible for self-service check-in across multiple channels.

Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and Master of Science degree in Management Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  While at MIT, Jared was a fellow in the Leader for Global Operations program.  In 2011, he was honored as Industry Deployer of the Year by the Digital Screenmedia Association and also served as the President of that organization. He also serves on the Technology Advisory Board at ALSAC / St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
