I’ve been thinking about leadership a lot lately. Having worked for and with many different types of leaders in the past, some with strong leadership skills in select styles, I am now on the quest to profile and support the growth of truly great leaders.
While searching online I ran across a funny leadership cartoon on tomfishborne.com. On this same site there is a video presentation by Twitter founder Jack Dorsey giving a presentation at his new company, Square, entitled Jack Dorsey’s Golden Gate Speech where he talks to his employees in a town square meeting. Jacks description of leadership as an editor and the beauty of design brought forth by a team is inspiring and may help you think about your leadership style; rebuilding your culture and team, as well as motivate you as a leader.
